can someone please explain the difference between lpr, vff ,tapeworm? and which one wouldyou reccomend? and whichone does the best job of eleminating the fsdo?

LPR is the overall best , then the VFF however you cannot use the Voodoo Full Flow on impulses with a serial number 11000 or above... I'm not sure of the exacty # but sumone else here might. The bottom of the 3 is the tapeworm.

so the lpr, im guessing stands for low pressure reg? so with that you would have a dual regulated gun using hte max flo. why not use the tapeworm? to me it seesms easier and does the job just a s well

an LPR takes some of the air coming from the maxflow and regulates it down to about 120-130 psi to operate the solenoid then all the other air go's to the bolt to push the ball out the barrel. A tapeworm simply restricts the air that goes to the bolt from "stealing" air from the solenoid valve. So the tapeworm will do the job, but if you want lighter internals and increased efficeny go 4 the LPR.

i know that with the tapeworm all you do is install it and it does its job. with the lpr, is it preset or do you ahve to adjust it aswell? also is there another solenoid optimizer that does the job better than the tapeworm. one more, does the tapeworm help prevent fsdo's?

There is a preset LPR and an adjustable LPR... I don't know why you wouldn't get the adjustable.. the other is the VFF.

does the tapeworm and the eclipse optimizers practically do the same thing?

ok,

1st, Lpr= low pressure regulator
Vff= voodoo full flow

2nd, lpr is the best, tapeworm is at the bottom

3rd, tapeworm does not work as well as the LPR, as the lpr allows you to increase you pressure to the paintball, whilst not damaging the solenoid, this results in a LOT less kick, and a much better efficiency

4th, LPR's can be preset or adjustable, it depends which one you get

5th, the tape worm is one of the bottom of the range (and quite basic) solenoid optimisers, if you can go for an LPR, or if not go for VFF if your imp has a low enough SN

6th, no solenoid optimiser will solve FSDO, it is a hammer problem in 90% of cases, and it is a solenoid problem in the rest (see sig for the most comprehensive FSDO problem solver to date)

7th, all solenoid optimisers do the same basic thing, its just that some do it better, by doing the same thing in a slightly different way.

8th, the eclipse aggressor (sp?) is the same as the tapeworm, it just looks different, and (apparently) is slightly less efficient

hope this helps, i think i have answered all your q's

Do a search, there's tons of ios information here. I know just myself alone have probably made at least 10 posts about lpr's and tapeworms in the past 24 hours.
