Thisn is what i have come to understand:

Vm guns were the first double stacked blowback in teh 80's. then cam the spyders in the early 90's the pirhanas came into the stack tube around 95. then the clones came suck as core the sharc ect... is this right-and dont falme please

Thats pretty much it. But they were not double stacked like Spyders are... kinda different. It wouldnt supprise me if it was said that the Spyder was designed after the VM68. There was a lot of improvements to be done to the VM68 and most of them were to lighten the gun.
