do most regs hav unregulated air going in the side and out the top??
please name the most poplar ones and how the flow goes

All inline regs have air going in either the side or the bottom and coming out the top. Other regs have input and output nipples, and there's a bunch of other kinds inbetween. Too many varieties to list really
