yeah, its how many times you can shoot your gun in a certain amount of time
of couse, the higher your rof, the faster you shoot your gun
spyders get about 7 or 9 bps, and it goes up with the quality of your gun

Just becasue you have a great ROF or BPS doesn't mean that you are a quality player.. Give a NewBeeee an Angel LCD Fly and give me a TALON and watch me whip his BUTT!! lol
