Drop Foward Question

I have a 98 Custom with no current upgrades on it. I just got a PMI Perfect Drop today and am having a little trouble getting it on my gun.
I got the old tank connection off the gun and the new drop foward mounted on the handle but the gas line seems to short for the drop. First, is this drop is made to fit a M98C? I thought it was universal. If it is made for the gun, is there some kind of adjustment I can do or do I have to buy a longer gas line? Anyone know

Many universal drop forwards require new gas lines to make the connection. The drops are "universal" in that they will fit on any marker with standard bottomline holes. If you cannot make your hoses fit, you'll need to get a new one.

id get one at your local store.. your gonna pay twice what you need to w/ shipping... or if you have to buy it online get some other stuff to make up for the shipping... i suggest www.888paintball.com or www.paintballgear.com
888 has better small object prices so tahts your best bet for a hose.... pbgear has good prices on big stuff like guns and tanks

Anyone know what length hose would fit? The dropfoward brings it down 3 inches and foward 7 inches.
