Dye Boomstick and Brass Eagle paint

I am highly intrested in buying a Dye Boomstick for my Model 98 but the paint I use the most is Brass Eagle because that's pretty much the only stuff I can buy here. How good does the BE paint work with the Boomer? IM me if you can answer me, my name on AIM is JosephB998. I need to know before I buy the Barrel.

um... If you are going to use BE paint I dont reccommend spending so much on a barrel. BE paint is on the lower end of the quality scale. So if you are using poor quality paint, it wont be worth your money for such a high quality barrel.

IMHO, I believe you should really look into where you can get better paint. If you are going to use BE paint. I dont reccomend spending money on an aftermarket barrel. I would keep your stock and upgrade other parts of your marker, or pay more for paint by mailorder or an online store.

yep! plus if you do get a good batch of BE paint (hey it does exist! when i was messing around i bought 500 rounds of BE paint and it was fine! not one break with my AA) you have to remember the regular BE paint is LARGE bore and the Boomie is a small bore barrel!

if your going to get a boomie, you gottah shoot better paint

I have a boomstick and I have found that diablo midnights work great and they're not to expensive in fact they're cheaper than brasseagle. Just $12.50 per 500 although they come in 2000 and 4000 cases,that's including shipping. Try thepaintballstore.com

dude,,,that just dont even sound right,,,boomstick,,brass eagle balls,, no,,Brass eagle balls are like .70 caliber..and a boomie is a small bore...Id look into getting a ACI barrel, or a AA big bore,,check this site out for paint to barrel matches..

yeah, matching small bore barrels and large bore, thin shell paint (BE) isnt a good match at all
i recomend ordering paint as well, but be careful who you buy from or they might send your paint all busted open
