anyone have a good team name that is not taken?

me and my friends just started a team and we have a problem. we are trying to figure out a team name but can't. does anyone have a suggestion?

Think about the members of your team. Think about their attitudes and aptitudes. What words come to mind? If you knew the members of my team you would know that "Wiseguys" is very very accurate. Your team name should reflect your members. Names with killers or death are pretty lame in my opinion.
Last fall we ran a Rookie/Young Gun tournament. Players had to be under 18 and not played in a tournametn in 1999 or 2000. Three team names really stick in my mind. Yard Apes, Peckers and best of all "Purple Headed Yogurt Slingers"! Brainstorm and write down as many names as you can regardless of how silly they sound. As you go through them the silliness of one may trigger the thought of one that isn't silly and may work for you.

Well you really have to think what you want your team to stand for. Do you want your name to reflect your playing style, or other chracteristics of your team? Or do you want something that just sounds cool?

Ok, here's my idea, don't laugh. The Santas. That's right, the Santas. Have everyone on the team show up in Santa suits and hat, but maybe not the beard. Maybe have everyone get fire red JT flex-7s with white lowers, black boots, and use sacks to carry around poly bags of paintballs instead of a harness. The other team would be too intimidated (read: rolling in laughter) to be of any opposition. Just my $0.02.
