Aiming with Vertical Feed - Best ways?

I'm still trying to perfect my aim using my vert feed cocker but I'm not sure which is the best way...I've been trying all kinds and haven't gotten a good feel with any of em. Do any of you keep both eyes open or one eye closed or what? Basically the way I aim now is just to try to shoot where the guy is =/ cuz I dunno which way I should aim so I don't wanna screw up by ****ing around in the middle of a firefight. Ive been told by others to look down the barrel but I'm confused on that sinde my vert feed blocks the barrel etc etc.

ok think about it like this. the gun is an extension of ur hand and the barrel is ur finger. now when u point do u look down ur hand and aim hopefully not its like that. basiclly u should imagine there is a laser sight on the barrel and on ur eyes and try to get them to meet and that is what u'll hit. and keep both eyes open for 2 reasons u can see all shooting lanes and u can see if someone is moving near u. i hope this helps
