If you have a vertical feed gun do you need any type of elbow or adapter? I have a PMI Pro TS. Any response would be helpful thanx.

For that gun you won't need one. But be aware that the hopper might be a hair loose or a hair tight.

yes this is true
feeder spacers will help if it's loose or a strangler neck
If its loose you can tape it up to make it bigger

for some other vertical feed markers like spyder vertical feeds, you need to use a vertical elbow.

I myself own a TS and if you use a VL200 and a 12v Rico, you'll be just fine, the other hoppers I have no idea on:)
