Falling Nitro Pressure... Please Respond!!!

I got my 4500psi tank filled today. When I got it back, it was fairly warm, which I understand to be normal. Throughout the day, the pressure fell to about 3950. Overnight, it went to 3900. Is this much of a pressure drop normal? I haven't shot w/ that tank any, or hooked it up to a gun; I just let it sit there. I don't hear a leak, could there be one anyway?

I had my compressed air filled today. He filled the tank most of the way, he then put it in a bucket of water to cool it off. It dropped about 400 psi. He then topped off the bottle. As temp. increases so does the pressure.

the pressure has a lot to do with it, but mine was actually leaking when i got it, i think the pin on my tank was too long, i put an o-ring in my bottom line adapter and the problem was gone, my gauge is also facing up now
