View Full Version : Having Trouble With Unassembling The Gun

The rear sight fell off the rear sight dovetail. I asked Tippmann and they told me to unassemble the gun which I thought was no problem. When I was down to the last screw, it wouldnt turn. Not that im weak, the turning tool kept sliding off and scraping the screw. What do I do?

Does the allen wrench not grip the inside of the screw anymore?

get a slightly larger allen wrench

either the tool is deformed or the screw isnt a hex anymore.the ends must be worn or.as well w/ the screw

In other words, you have a stripped screw.
