paintballgear sux ***. i have ordered form them 4 times, the first 3 were okay, but forth time was and is my last time. i guess ur all woundering what happened on the forth time, well its a long story so ill get started.
i started out ordering a big daddy 16in grey, microline, and 10, 10 ball tubes. about 3 weeks later i have checked my email several times and tried to use the tracking #. after i looked up the tracking # it said something like it was on route but not in the computer data base. so after 3 weeks of this horse **** i tried to call in. i called at least 50 times trying both lines and all i got was the busy signal. then one day fianlly i got in. i asked for comstumer service then i told them that i didnt get the package or an email. after 15min of waiting they got my account up and told me that they didnt have the color grey in the barrel...........I was quite pissed that they didnt even sending a emailsaying that, like i care if 4 inches is grey or black, id just prefer the grey. anyways i told them to just send me out a black one. about a week and a half later it arrived, just in time for me to use it in this big game at my friends house. i opened up i pulled the barrel out and noticed that the treads of the barrel looked exactly like the tippmanns. looked at the tag and it said tippmann, i had a spyder. i walked calmly to the phone dial the numer about 10 times, luckly getting in a *****ed at them for ****ing it up again. they said to return it to them and put some # on the side of the box. i got it shipped out and it was $10 shipping and i woundered if they were going to pay it back or not. anyways 4 weeks after i shipped it i checked the tracking # and it said that it arrived 4 days after i sent it out. so i went to the phone and dailed up there # from !memory! and got through after 10 tries and *****ed like a mofo. they siad they couldnt give it to me for free but only a discount 10 dollars off. i told them thats how much i paid for shipping. they said to read there return policy. i said **** off and give me the manager. he said that he wasnt there and to call back when he was, i said to **** off again and told him im not going to waste my time again trying to dial into that **** hole. *****ed, *****ed and *****ed. told him to give me a autococker barrel cuz i got money from my birthday and was going to buy one but not from paintballgear. got $20 off, and hung up. 3 weeks later it still didnt come. i called in and told them to send the ****ing barrel or im going to sue there asses. it arrived 2 days later.
now i buy from http://www.bbtpaintball.com and i encourage u do too: better prices and better service.
