hey i was just wondering what number locktie i should use on my asa fittings and such. i got like some 272 and 241 sitting arouins and was going to use it but i think its too strong.

no use the pst stuff the others dont seal the only hold the threads tight

Loctite comes in two popular colors. Red and Blue...blue loctite takes only 200 lbs of pressure to break whereas red takes 2 thousand...stick with the blue stuff :)

I think the number too use is 242,could be wrong

Just use teflon tape on your fitings and elbows, works for me.
