I think that is what it is called. How does it differ from automatic.

The trigger moves back and forth, and it's a little harder to shoot continuously, because you have to hold the right amount of pressure on the trigger.

if you are talking about the responsive trigger on an automag rt, then its a trigger that bounces back at about twice the force required to pull the trigger
if you can adjust it perfectly, you can have the trigger continuosly bounce back off your finger and get full auto
