I was wondering what blow forward action is all about. What benifits, drawbacks, or similarities it has to my spyder's open bolt blowback action?

The benefit of blow forward is fast cycling (Higher ROF). They tend to be more efficient. Less moving parts. I've heard that one drawback of blow forward can be increased ball breakage. I don't know if this is true since my Automag doesn't seem to chamber break any balls. Who knows;)
