Prescription Glasses Inserts for Goggles

Anyone have these? how do they work? with which goggle set?

I know JT makes them and Scott makes them, but no info on their sites, how much do they cost and which goggles do they fit?

they are crap. until someone can make thermal glasses they wont work. they fog up like a bbiznatch!
