OK , I took a piece of velcro tape , and put it on the rear bolt , and then I trimmed the edges off. Then , I put a matching piece of the tape that sticks to the velcro on top of that , and I also left the plastic backing on it to keep it from sticking to the pin. It did seem to quiet it down some , but I havent really used it yet. My question is , Is this too much padding between the bolt and the pin , or is this OK?

I'm been planning to do that ,but i've been waiting for my LP upgrades to come in the mail. To much tape or velcro will either slow the ROF or make the gun not recock after fired.

Honestly, I've never heard of using velcro to quiet the bolt slam. Personally, I used double sided foam tape, and just put oil on the exposed surface of the tape (to make it non-sticky.) Works well for me. Never had it not recock, and I don't have a problem with slowing down the ROF. Of course, I purposely don't use a high ROF usually, because I try to make my shots count... (Also, why I don't use a Revvy, or a RT.)
