whats a good psi to set my reg at? lots of times i don't know whether i should adjust my spring or my reg if somebody can tell me the avg operating pressure of my gun (see below) that'll take out the psi variable.

nobody here has a spyder compact? all i wanna know is the psi to set my reg to. also to anybody who has a vigilante with a gauge does your gauge ever change when you change the input on the regulator?

keep lowering the pressure to the point that there is just enough to recock the gun. then check your fps, adjust spring to right fps. if you cant get fps high enough with the pressure so low, raise the pressure until you are shooting at the fps you want. If you want to go low pressure you'll need an LPC and either modified valve or after market valve.

my shutter operates at about 750psi i dont mess with the reg on it much its easier to just chg the springs and leave it for the day
