i know it's stupid to ask if it's accurate at long ranges, so the only real reference we have is normal ranges. ...

From what I have seen, no. My friend has a tippy with flatline and it's not that accurate. He uses good fitting paint too (Marbs and the like). I would just get normal barrel, get better performance and save some money.

the barrel is very accurate period...the only thing that makes it different from other gun barrels is the fact it puts backspin on the ball thus giving it an arc. the closer you get to your target the more you need to take into consideration the arc. it is difficult to shoot people in close combat situations (believe me i know i bunkered with the thing...i was successful in tagging the 2 people out but i also got nailed because it took a few shots to tag em.). if you are going to use the flatline, take my advice, keep your distance.

lol...no....im sorry...thats just the funniest thing ive heard in a while....the flatline dosnt put an arc on the ball's trajectory to make it have a backspin.....i may be reading ur post wrong cuz the barrel itself is curved to give it backspin....but you said that the barrel puts backspin on the ball thus giving it an arc....this is just not right in any way....the flatline shoots in a straight line farther than any other gun before dropping and yo have to arc the gun......i mean, first off look at the barrels name "FLATLINE" as in a straight not curved line......

lol it goes farther with out making a curve like anormal barrel creature HAHAHAHAHHA
