Does anyone have there own fill station? For CO2? Can you have one for Compressed air?
If you do have one for CO2, then what is the difference in weight between a 12 and a 16 oz tank filled?
Please respond if you know the anwser.
THanks,

he uses a 20oz. tank too. A fill station is for convenience like Simon said. In the long run I am getting it cheaper, and I know I'm getting a good fill. I think it is worth it. I wouldn't mind getting a HPA fill station though. hmmmmm

I have a N2 fill station too. 80 cu. ft. scuba tank:) costs 5-10 bucks or so to fill up and it lasts me a over a month or two, depending on how much I play and how many ppl use it

i have a scuba tank to... the cost of the tank was cheap...bout $80 brand new... but the scuba fill station adapter cost like $70... but overall - i get air for free. so in the long-term... i save lots of $$$$, lets over a month or even a year.
1) long-term savings...
2) can last a little over a month (depending on usuage)
3) i get air for my scuba tank for free. air for my gun tank cost $4.00.
4) convenience.

I have my own co2 fill station, i get it filled at a welding company for 14 bucks and i get about 25 fills out of it, the difference in weight between a 12 and 16 ounce would depend on the materials used to make the tanks aluminum or steel or whatever if you tell me the type i might be able to find out the difference.

my prices are almost the saem as yours, but i'm getting a card so i get 10 fills for 2.50 each, and i'm helping my brothers convert to nitro so it'll pay off real fast (refill the scuba tank 3X you've saved money)

I just looked around for a used scuba tank, new will run you about 130-140 for 80 cu ft. At least that's what they run here, if you're closer to the coast, you might be able to find them cheaper, being there is more out there. If you have a used sporting goods store, i would search there. And be sure it has an up-to-date hydro and visual inspection. If you get it from a store, that should be done because they can't sell tanks w/out current dates, i think.

Alright the 16ounce crome moly weights 2 pounds 13 ounces empty, i don't have a crome moly 12 ounce, but an aluminum one weights 1 pound 13 ounces empty the crome is probably about 2-3 ounces heavier. Filled a 16 ounce would weigh 3pounds 13 ounces and the aluminum 12 would weigh 2 pounds 9 ounces.
