Thoughts on the tippman grenade launcher??

-dye boomstick barrel

Yer thoughts on this setup or just the grenade launcher??

I have had the tippman 98 custom before (grey) and i love the feel to it my spyder is decked out ive talked about its death on another thread but its had it and im lookin for a new gun but not one that has to be internally upgraded to be good.

And the flatline barrel ive seen used on a low co2 9 oz. tank. But thats it, he hit a tree split about 100 feet away again and again so i can say i wouldnt believe u if u told me its inaccurate.

The grenade launcher hmmm never used it never seen it but would look mighty kewl on a custom 98. Except the price looks mighty ugly.

The guns insides are easy and not really complicated (something i like).

So help me out here cause thats some big money to spend. Oh and the dye boomstick... who doesnt love it? I cant say cause ive never seen or used it.

the grenade launcher is 4 pounds alone. Plus the gun, tank and hopper. And the tippman 98 is NOT LIGHT to say the least. Hope you dont plan on runnin with that setup

ya truthful dude the grenade launcher is not worth the money, i mean honestly how often r u gonna use it?!! maybe once a game, the tippman grenades alone cost $5 a piece... unless ur just rollin in the dough id just buy the M98 with the boomstick, and gripframe, and forget the grenade launcher. Spend ur money on a good nitro tank or somethin ur gonna get some decent use outa

You don't seriously think you would use the grenade launcher very often do you? It costs a ton and so do the grenades.

It's like Microsoft employee's who buy Harley's. They cost a ton and will hardly be used.

Is that a good analogy? every time I try to use one on this site I get shot down.

I said it was kewl lookin thats it god. And u can use it sometimes like if someone is behind a tree, bunker, etc. Just cap a tree beside them and boom they are hit or confused and if you think those hits dont count then when he is confused about being nuked on he wont notice u cappin him. And yes i know it cost like 330$ for the launcher and grenades for it can be home made. There site even says it but who is gonna go around shootin it instead or there gun anywayz?

I mean the meaning of the game isnt to paint trees but pballers.

if you want the launcher for you M98. That thing is hella heavy! it takes a while to learn how to aim that thing too. it's all about trajectory!

I kinda think also that grenade launchers, and mines, and tanks make the sport look to violent towards parents of newbies and such, Tanks are cooooool though ;)

its like everyone says if u cant afford it u rag it.
and maybe yer 100lbs but me on the other hand im over 300lbs and carrying it is no problem since im already carrying 150lbs to much.
