what is it and what does it do cuz i got one on my gun but dont know what it does.

its just an air reservoir for the valve, doesn't really do that much, helps with LP a little bit.

Most blowbacks use a LP chamber. It is a ready reserve of high pressure, so when the hammer hits the cup seal, there is an immediate source of gas that will start to flow BEFORE the gas in the line can.

The "low pressure" it refers to, is the low pressure in the valve during the delay before flow from the hose can begin.
