Getting an Ex. Chamber but have questions !

I am thinking about getting either a 4 or 6 cell ACI Expansion chamber. I'm going to have to get a new hose to connect the expansion chamber to my bottom line, so here are my questions...

1. Is stainless steel or microline (or is it macroline?) better?

2. Do I need an elbow to connect the new hose to the expansion chamber?
