I would say that the best paint for the woods would be diablo midnights, they have a shell that is a little thicker than a normal paintball. I use them and they are also very accurate and not too expensive. Try thepaintballstore.com you get 4000 for $83

get a dark color instead of a bright one...a dark one will blend in with the backround and will be a lot harder to tell the direction they are coming from rather than a bright colored one.

get marbs...they have a nice thick shell and bright sticky paint so they cant wipe it off
they are a little expensive, but they come in a nice small bore size so they give room for natural expansion due to hot and humid weather
plus if you decide to switch from rec to speedball in the same day, you wont have to worry
plus they are really hard to chop and even though people say they bounce, i never really had one bounce off me :)
