fields near Charlotte NC

im visiting my friend down in NC and am looking for a field near Mount Holly, Concord, or Huntersville. he lives about 20min outside of charlotte close to Mount Holly. i found Metrolina paintball which is about 30min from him and was wondering if thats a good place?

You might want to try a new field in Locust, NC about 10 minutes from Concord about 1 hour from Mt. Holly. The field is called Golddiggers Paintball Field. Even with the warm weather crowds are good. :D

Metrolina is doodoo paintball. Overpriced too. There are 3 other good fields close by that come to mind.

CJs paintball (cjspaintball.com) which is just outside of se charlotte.

Off I77 exit 77 south of charlotte is Paintball Spot (paintballspot.com). This is my favorite spot, cheapest paint/field fees and some talented players visit often. Only one with air field also.

North of charlotte in salisbury is Power Play (powerplaypaintball.com). This is a great rec place to play, expect to play in woods most of day and play some fun/interesting games.

The first two are pretty hard core speedball - the second I go to when I need a relaxing day in the woods :)
