Macro Line

Hey can some one tell me how to take off the fittings on a macro line.
I have 2 feet of macrto line with 2 90 degree elbows on each side and i want to cut the lien and make it shorter but i dont no how to take the fittings off???

My fittings are 90 ends plastics where it bends and metal where it screws in ..
Can some one help me????Please

Push in on the part of the fitting where the macroline goes in, and then pull the macroline out.

thanks it worked!!! it didnt come with directions though i bought 2 feet of it on ebay thansk for the help....to put it back in you just put it back in the give it a snug right
