Hey what up, I'm a newbie and have saved up 700 for a gun. I was thinking of getting an M98 with a flatline, 6 level expansion chamber, powerfeed, double trigger, M16 Stock, die stikygrip, and of course JT gun stickers. This all together with all masks, jerseys, gloves, etc... is 599.95.
I thought this would be a pretty good gun. Should I get this or an spyder xtra with all the fixins?

The M98 is a good newbie gun, if you are on a budget. Seeing as how you have $700, I would go for something higher end. If you can afford it, go for it. Look into a shocker or impulse if you want to run C02.

Yeah, if you have that much money go for something better.

Well, if your a newbie I wouldn't exactly go 'all out' just yet, I'd start with a mid-level then later you'll prolly still have the money to get a cocker

Get an M98 custom with a response trigger. You can get this for like $210. You'll have awesome firepower, you won't be spending too much, and you won't need to upgrade right away.

or

If you already know that you really like paintball, you might want to get something like a mag or an Impulse. Maybe, a cocker if you can get help with it.

i think u should start with the m98. its great, BUT dont get all dat crap. only spend up to 250$ at the most with it at first. u dont need the stock, just buy a 2$ butt plate for ur co2 tank and use dat as a stock. dont get da dye sticky's....the ones on da new m98's are really nice. dont buy the powerfeed either, its a waste of money. the recoil on the m98 is just enough to shake up the hopper. i have never had misfeed with my m98 at like 10bps. u dont need a jersey and just get cheap gloves. and make sure u want the flatline....cuz if u dont set it up right, it'll be just a metal piece of hell. if i were u, these are wat i would get.

m98 silver custom
lapco bigshot/flatline
20oz
butt plate to use as stock
x chamber
double trigger w/ guard

taht right there are the necessities. the mask and glvoes are up to you. u dont relaly nee a jersey yet, and if ur a newbie, its just a waste of 50$
