How does a reg limit shoot down? Also would an inline reg do the same?

A reg doesnt limit shootdown. A cheap reg will give you some shootdown, while a more expensive reg will give you less. But adding a reg to your system wont limit your shootdown

EG, Conquest, maxflow, geddon, basically any high end tank. Good secondary regs are vigis, max-flows, and gladiators.
