on my new tippmann nmodel 98 custom the elbow rattles, is this normal and could someone tell me how to fix it?

yes the elbow rattle is perfectly normal. To fix it put a thin layer of cloth between the elbow and the side of the gun. Make sure it doesn't block the path where the balls roll down.

My favorite way to fix this:

Put a piece of sticky back Velcro ( The side that fuzzy) on the elbow, keeps it nice and stiff, but wont scratch or leave residue from glue.

I used a few thin strips of black electrical tape on mine.
Fits nice and snugly!

lord.. you people ever heard of hot glue? takes 2 seconds and lasts forever.. its the most effective way of dealin w/ it.

But you wouldnt want it to be glued and last forever...
Its kind of a nice feature to be able to quickly remove the elbow for easy-cleaning purposes and such...

no m8 sry u mis-understood me... all u do is build up the inside of the elbow w/ hotglue,, u never actually glue the peices together lol it functions the same as the whole tape/cloth thing people do but is far less mess.

dude have you ever used hot glue once it is dry its not sticky you can easily take the whole glop off leaving no mess plus its fast


that was pointless but oh well
