I want to know which is the absolute best bolt i can get for my spyder extra

Absolute best? AKA lightning bolt. Of course, it's not too smart to shell out 50 bucks for a bolt. If I were you, I'd do the bolt mod described at http://www.spyder-faq-center.com and save yourself some money.

you dont need a new bolt unless you are going LP, at which point you can just mod the stock bolt.

there are more important upgrades you can do first.
