Help! My 68 cubic in tank the psi wont stay at 375 where is was set at! It keeps rising I have to fire it to releasae the pressure! Its at 600 psi right now and I'm afraid its going to blow! I cant sleep! I need your help!

is it tank or is it ur regulator? cuz i was putting to much pressure into a lp reg and the pressure went up. but never heard of it on a tank.
