im asumming you have a tank and hopper right? with that much money left i would get a lapco big shot, a nitro tank, a vigilante reg., and your essentials like oil squigee stuff like that. but if got that stuff your gun would rock! 1 question though, if u had that much money why did u buy a spyder?

I have a hopper and a 12 ounce tank. That isn the only other stuff i already have.I bought the spyder because i wouldnt have enough to get stuff like squegies and oil if i had bought a higher priced gun.Im only 13 and i ahve been saving up for a long time.

get a new barrel lapco bigshot or cp 1 piece, send it into polecat and get a trigger job and straight feed. buy a revvy, 12volt. get you co2 tank anti-syphoned, buy a bigger tank, like a 20 oz and get that anti-siphoned, get a drop foward. oh so many options.

you think big shots are pretty good? i definitely would like to get a new barrel for my xtra eventually when i get the cash but im not sure what to get. the big shot is only 60 bucks, a bargain compared to a boomstick. maybe ill consider that.

not only is it cheaper than a boomstick it is way better IMO. it has better accuracy (IMO) is lighter, clears breaks better and is less than half the price. you can get it for cheaper than $60. it is under $50 at http://www.paintballbarrels.com and shipping is free (thats where i got mine) no problems at all with service from them.

lapco bigshots are very good from what i have read, unfortuneatly they are almost impossible to find due to their popularity, that is why they are no listed on most website, because they are backordered :(
i am getting a cp 1 piece instead, which is almost equivalent, a little less accurate, but quieter. its a trade off. also its the same price, maybe less.

Trick out the gun then when you get some more money buy a tank so then youd be good on gas and you have a good gun to kick @$$. Oh yea then buy paint.

get the rest of your starter gear:
BDUs (dont need em but if u want em you can get em cheap)
gloves ($9)
oil for gun ($2.50)
CO2 (12oz: $25)
paintballs (2000 Zap Performance Plus: $46)
hopper ($5)
squeegie ($6)
Those dont amount to $100 much less 200 so get a good aftermarket barrel also! Or get an ex-chamber, whichever u want first.

I would get a good gun bag too, so you have a good place to store all your new toys. :)
