View Full Version : JT Excellerator 3.0

ok earlier i said i was fixed on getting an xtra but now im leaning towards a JT excellerator now. do you guys think thats a good decision? it looks like it would be a really great gun for a beginner and good out of the box. thats good for me because i dont have alot of cash right now so i wouldnt be able to upgrade a ton yet.

also, with the excelerator's vertical feed, do i need an elbow for it? at paintballgear.com it gives me the option of buying one but im not sure if i need it.

Their both good guns. But just so you know Brass Eagle now owns JT. But I don't think that means the quality of their products will go down. I have the Xtra, my friend has the JT... Their both awesome guns, but the JT is oogley unless you get it anodized a shiny color. (i like shiney)

Yeah, I like the looks of the JT too. Maybe it's different in person, but it looks cool from the pics.

the 3.0 is such a good price too and has gotten great reviews. i dont have a lot of cash so thats why im so drawn to this marker.

Yeah I'm stuck with the same problem... Fist i want the Xtra but now that I look at the Excellerator 3.0 I can't decide!

xtra is a great gun, i wouldnt trust BE markers. kingman is a respected company and their are countless upgrades for the xtra. it is a better choice.

That's right, they are made by JT, but JT is owned by Brass Eagle.

well it doesn't matter now anyhow. i just placed an order for an xtra. im sure the excellerators are good guns but oh well. at least with the xtra i can buy, sell and trade parts and get advice from friends since i know so many that own spyders.

thanks, i feel pretty good about buying something from a well known manufacturer ( that is, a manufacturer known for quality. after all BE is a well known company...). ill go check those forums. ive been to the site a few times but i didnt notice the forums. thanks. hope those guys at paintballgear ship fast cause i sure wanna get my hands on that thing...
