Andrew selects all the moderators. but, if you ask, he won't pick you. So don't ask.

Of course, it doesn't hurt any to mail Andrew a check for at least $500. It's not really a bribe as much as it is helping pay for the new dedicated server. The $500 allows you to "Buy Into" the whole PBReview.Com Mod thing. At $1,000, you get that plus "Incredible Mod Powers." At the $1,500 level you get the first two, plus your name is written on a brick in non-eraseable ink, and placed in Andrew's driveway. It's a really good deal.
