ive heard this has been happening to a lot of people. my friend ordered a black dragun basic from actionvillage a few weeks ago. nothing came. he called up action village, they had "lost" his order. in fact they had no record of it. even though my friend has a confirmation email showing his order. his CC wasnt billed or anything, but tell me, has anyone actually had an order go through with actionvillage?

recently, i ordered a extreme rage 68 ci tank cover and a black ricochet ak. The site said both items were in stock. guess what happened...

I open the package, and i find a 48 ci tank cover. If that wasn't bad enough, i opened up the Ricochet AK box and find a ugly blue Ricochet with no battery cover. WTF! I called them and they said the things i ordered were both out of stock and that's probably why they sent random items. I was thinking, if you are running a huge business and have items out of stock, PUT IT ON BACKORDER UNTIL A NEW SHIPMENT ARRIVES. That is what they usually do but they must have recently hired retards over there. I was so angry and they wouldn't pay for the shipping when i returned the items.

And another time, i ordered a 68ci 4500psi LP Crossfire tank from them. It arrived on time, but the tank's coating was still sticky! i couldn't believe it.

I'll probably never order from actionvillage again. The only thing hat is good about them is their store is easy to navigate and they have some pretty good prices. I don't thing its worth a order screw up though. I'll probably order from www.paintballgateway.com for now on since they also have a wide variety of merchandise for cheap. Problem is they charge tax, which sux. :pissed: :pissed:

Well, that's what you get for getting stuff off the net. Go to your pro shop and if you become a regular customer and treat them like human beings they will treat you good and maybe give you good prices. In our town, we got a pro shop about 2 months ago and I get so much paint and all my parts etc. from them that he gives me a 5% perferred customer discount. It is not much, but it is actually cheaper than online crap and you get what you look at. No random items.
