Vigilante input psi

Hi, I heard that Vigis don't do well when more than 700psi is going IN to them, is this true? I won't be able to buy an adjustable tank, so would it be good to run 800+ psi into the reg?

Go to the AA website and see the input max. If I remember correctly it is 1000 or 1200psi.

To get the best in consistency, any reg should be set up with an inout of 200 higher than the output. A vigilante does work with a preset however
