The other day at the field I blew a burst disk on my 16oz back up tank. The guy at the field didn't have any spares so I said no prob I had one at home. So that night I took out the old burst disk and put in the good one the next day at the field the couldn't fill the tank cause it was leaking out of the burst disk whole. So I thought huh, must have blown again. But no it was still good when I took it out and checked it. What am I doing wrong, I had it all the way screwed in. Should I use lock tight? Is there an O-ring missing? Should I have oiled it? What? Please hlelp!
