Polished internals

Ne one know where there is a good web site on how to polish your internals? Will this make a difference in a low pressure spyder, and how much of one?

I have a low pressure Spyder, and i polished my internals. It will effect the lp some, but for the good. When the internals are polished, less work is needed to fire the gun, so you can run it at a lower psi. As for a website, sorry i lost the link to the one that i used to do my trigger job/internal polishing.

Just take very fine grit sandpaper (minimum 600), sand your bolt and striker a little. After, use aluminium polish to polish your internals.
