How was D-Day

I couldnt go this year but really wanted to. Ill be up there for the World Record game 3000+ peeps. Someone plz reply and let me know how tings went and espcially how they did the landing scence?????

The poop on D-Day


Let me start by saying that Us Germans won the game!

The landing was intense, they had landing craft set up, each representing a beach at Normandy. In each one were 30-40 Allied players, and across 75 yards on "beach" were the Germans, in a tree line. After aa artillery barage from the refs, water ballons flung from large slingshots, they blew the whistle and the landing crafts opened up, and the Allied poured out. The germans were to hold the beach for 2 hours to get 600 points, but after 20 minutes, most of the front line was out of paint ( I shot 1100 rounds in that 20 minutes). So while we held for a good long time, we din't hold for the full 2 hours.

Then things moved inland, missions were given and forts were occupied. After a full day of play the Allied had a huge lead. But the next day The Germans pulled a unbelievable comeback and took the day.

All in all it was the best time I'v had with my clothes on.

lol sounds like a great time Im definaetly going to next years. I am also going to the World Record Game in sept.
