no, they have a full function LCD so its not tourney legal

M3 advertises this on their website, so i went and bugged M3 and they sent me a semi only lcd board, they said it was a typo on their website but now they just re-did the website and still didn't fix the tourney legal

well until they change their website, it can be tourney legal. Just tell them false advertising, so they are forced to send you the semi only board.
