what do you have to do to start a tourney team
ie sign up etc

Ok here are some step by step procedures:

1) Get some friends who want to make a team

2) Pick a name

3) Find out when the next local tourney is taking place

4) Talk to the people who are running the tourney, enter your team in, pay the fee

5) Play
