is there a way to use a nitro tank to run air tools rather than using my loud compressor that only compresses 250 psi? i was thinkin i could use an andjustable tank and reg it down real low to the operating pressure of my tool and use that. . . i think it would be great because it would be light way more portable it would last longer and you wouldnt have to listen to the compressor running. . . would it work?

Unless your using a really large tank like the size of your compressor it won't make much of a diffrence. Air tools use a large vulume of air, The best action would be to set your output reg to 250(or whatever) and see how long it lasts before it's empty, then you'd know. All you need then is some quick disconnects that fit your tools.
