Is there a difference between expansion chambers and grips? Plus, if i get one of these, do I keep the original bottom-line or do gas lines come with expansion chambers or grips. How do I hook up an expansion chamber?

There is a difference in Expansion chambers and gas through grips. There is a more common of seeing a Gas Through Grip that has expansion on it, but essential due to physics a expansion after a regulator is a bad idea. but an expansion chamber is a great deal for co2 I'm unsure of it's effects if any on n2 or hpa.

Anyone care to add comments to this ? I'd love to learn more about setups. and effects on certain airs...

I heard that expansion chambers are best for cold weather? I live in florida where there is NO cold weather. Plus i dont really want an expansion chamber for the expansion of gas, if thats what it does. All i really want is a cheap, good-looking grip for my gun. You have to admit that grips make the gun look better. If i do get a grip, how do i know which one will fit my gun? And does a bottom-line fit through the grip?

It depends on what gun you have. Most popular guns out have a grip made for it already. There is also a huge chance you can make one out of something. I took a piece of 1-1/2 aluminum round stock and milled it at my work, sent it out and had it polished for a gun i have. Looked nice, cost me an arm and a leg, but it was how i wanted it
