refs call? good or bad?

ok we just played a tourney this weekend, it was just my second tourney ever and we made it to the 2nd round. well in our 2nd game we were playing the team who we thought would give us the most trouble. well they called 3-2-1, 10 seconds... then after about 3-4 seconds a back player for their team started shooting at us.. he shot me and one of our back players. mine didnt break so i got to stay in but then they called game on! and called our back player out since he had a break on him. they knew the other guy shot early so they pulled a 1 for 1 for it. the problem was that later in the game we shot out all their players, then when they were checking for alive players, they found a hit on our front guys hopper and said it was an obvious hit. so they said he played on with an obvious hit and called a 2 for 1 on us and pulled out our remaining 2 players, took away our hang and gave it to the other team. if our guy who got shot out before the game on! was even called would have been in the game this wouldnt have happened and we would have gotten first place and $1500. because of it we came in 3rd and only got $500. did we get ****ed or is this the right call?

hmmm well they were trying to be fair, what you should have done is called a ref over and showed them the hits before the game started, then they couldn't deduct anything and the other team probably would have been penalized. thats pretty weak though . . . not necessarily a bad call though.

that happened in a tourny i was in a few months ao..but they had it on tape...along with like 3 other bad calls that game

the refs knew he was hit before the game started. They just pulled him anyways. Also i figured that shooting before the game on would be at least a 2 for 1.
