Shocktech grip frame and non-functional safety.

My safety is unable to engage in my new shocktech grip frame because the (stock) trigger plate does not go far enough forward for me to be able to push it (the safety) all the way in. For the time being, I've left the thing out completely.

Has anyone had a similar problem? Is there a work-around? I thought of grinding a bit off of the trigger frame and/or the safety, but I'm not sure how good it would come out...

why dont you send it back?? that sounds like some factory BS to me.

I don't think another frame would be manufactured any different. Besides, I've had the grip for too long now. I've put some scratches on it and such, they would never take it back.

I'm looking for a work around... anyone?
