compact and high compact

i just wanted to know the main differences between the high compact and the compact... i know one thing is that the compact is a composite frame and the high compact is an aluminum frame. Thanks

The high compacts frame is aluminum, and the frame has full auto at 8bps, it also has a pressure gauge.

would the dragon be aight to run with just a preset tank or would i have to get an inline regulator for it? and if so what regulator would you chose and why?
