Vert Feed

I got a Bob long Millenium, which has a vertical feed. My friends make fun of me because i have a vert feed and say that it sucks becuase it blocks your view. Is this true?

Well some people feel it does .I don't have a problem with it. I aim with the barrel side when I shooy my impluse

do they make fun of angels e-mags intimidators KAPP and black magic cockers? (along with others) vertical feed provides a more reliable feed rate and if it doesnt block our view when your shooting it doesnt matter what they say

My vert feed on my Spyder blocked the view I had, but I solved that in about 30 minutes by moving the useless site from on top of the gun to the side (if anyone wants to know how to do this, PM me. It worked out great). But before I did that, I would just aim down the barrel or "walk" my shots onto their target, and that worked pretty well too.

I thought it was stupid at first when i bought my piranha cause it had a veritcal feed. But once you get used to it, it is better the a horizontal feed. It will load so much faster with a vertical feed. I got usedto the aimin part. I dont need to "walk" the balls to the target. I have got used to where my gun sits and shoots.

i only use my sights every once and a while the other time i look down the side of my gun and see where me balls break

Tell your friends they are idiots and then punch em in the face. Then tell em to try shooting out the left hand side of their bunker with their whole hopper exposed while your chances of getting nailed shooting from the left are much left. Only a person with very little paintball experience would hate on a vert feed, so you let em know that.

that is true! The vertical feed is not a problem at all. Your friends are probably dogg'n the vert feed because they don't have one. that is always the case

ask them why the vertical autococker is about 100 dollars more. if they say cuz it sucks and its hard ot make punch them once for me, once for twitchos cold, and once for each of twitchos post...that otta teach em

its difficult to say exactly, but the balls have to wrap around the elbow in power feeds and they just rop straight down in vertical. also if you have a revvy you can turn the gun totally sideways and the revvy will shoot them down the feed, you cant do that with reg cuz its got an elbow. not importnat but kinda cool. imho its not worth it in the case of the vert cocker being so much mroe than normal, but if its same price or a little more go for it
