I have an all-stock Rebel LE and I want to know which barrel is reccomended for around $50 or under. Right now I'm really leaning towards the 32 Degrees Sniper barrel. I'm looking for Accuracy, range and at least a little quietness.

Out of those 3 i have only shot 2. The terminator quiets the gun A LOT but i think accuracy wasnt as good as it coulda been (then again it was a 12 inch). My brother has a J&J and it is accurate, i mean really accurate. It also quiets the gun very well. As for its range, i had my Spyder Xtra at full velocity and the paintballs flew just as far out of my bro's Pro/Carbine at regular velocity with his J&J. I looked at the 32 degrees barrel and it looks promising, i have read great reviews and it looks cool to me!

I would get the J&J, its the best for its price range

gfet the 32 degrees sniper barrel
that is what i have on my 98 custom and i shots straight even with my velocity screww all the out
so it is a great barrel for sniping
i shot a ground hog in the head one night and i was close to 30 yards away from him so it is a great barrel
44.88 at 888paintball right now so don't delay

That would be pretty dang accurate, but you should aim for the birds... damn things.
BTW, wouldn't paint size still have a big role in accuacy?

The 32 degrees sniper is acurate, but why do you want to be a sniper??? It's so boring just go up ang get into the action it's way more fun.

Thats not sniping thats making a fool out of your opponent or also called an ambush, the best feeling in the world is a well planed ambush that Works out well.

ya in pball there really is no such thing as sniping. the balls are too inconsistent in size and shape and therefore dont fly consistent enough, also velocity causes missed shots. but for 50$ i would get either a bigshot, or cp.

Yes, there is such a thing as sniping. If I were you, I would get the 32 Degrees Sniper barrel because it is 16 in. that helps with sound, not accuracy.

No there are people that sneek around and hide or sit in one place and shoot but a sniper olny takes one shot and that shot is the one that gets the hit. You cant depend on one shot to hit some one and break you shoot in 36 shot bursts if you have clear shot so you get the elimination.

Who said that a sniper only takes one shot? Remember, the number one goal of the sniper is to eliminate the target. The secondary goal is to remain undetected. that means that they take as many shots as necesary to eliminate the target(s) and then hope that they weren't detected. When I snipe, I usually take three shots. I'm at a short distance, so they all usually hit my opponent, and I'm almost guaranteed a break. You say that that's not sniping, that's ambushing someone. That is a lot of what sniping is. They aren't the exact same thing, but they are similiar. The difference is in an ambush, you usually have more than one person. Snipers are usually on their own.

Even if you shoot at 10 bps (which I doubt) You would still be out in the open for 3.6 seconds. If the other team is paying any attention, you would probably be eliminated. Oh, and I don't think that a lot of people need 36 shots to hit someone. If you do, then you need a little work.

Sorry typo meant to say 3-6 shots. Ambushing is not sniping,a tru sniper by military standards is a person how remains far from target and eliminates some one with minimal noise and and ammo usage. And your right it shouldn't take 36 shots that was my bad. But I do shoot 8 sec. if try real hard.

There is such a thing as a behind the lines sniper and a regular sniper. A behind the lines sniper takes long shots. They don't exist in paintball. The regular snipers do however.

thanks bobo2, supernick sorry but your wrong. unless you only bring about 5 paintballs to each game, their is no sniper. and i gaurantee you dont hit more than 2 ppl w/those 5 balls

Why would a sniper only carry five paintballs? That would be pretty stupid.

Being a "sniper" is stupid.

Why is being a sniper stupid? I thought that you and I were having a mature discussion here, then you start saying things like that.

we are talking huge wooded fields, correct? personally i think being a sniper is cowardice. most newbs want to be snipers because they are away from all the action. Even I wanted to be a "sniper" at first but now i just think its dumb. oh and the flatline is the best for range but thats not an option soooo...

Being a sniper is not cowardice. I do it on occasion and it can be very nerve racking. If you ever play the role of a sniper against an equally skilled assault style player, then you will see what I'm talking about. Or, for that matter, if you ever attempt to snipe an equally skilled sniper, then you will have an incredibly exhilirating day. I'm not trying to say that sniping is the position that everyone should play. I'll be the first to admit that it isn't. However, if you have never actually played the role of a sniper, I don't think that you should judge it. From my personal experience, the people that whine about snipers all of the time are those who can't counter a snipers tactics. I've been a the sniper and the sniped, so I'm free to judge both. If anyone hasn't done both, then they can't juge the one that they haven't done.
