J&J CERAMIC OR 32 DERGREES SNIPER BARREL???

I'm wondering what barrel to get and i got it down to pretty much these 2 except i hear things about the all american Progressive barrel. But what do guys think i should get and tell me about it. Either the J & J Ceramic barrels, 32 degrees sniper barrel, or the progressive barrel.

i have heard that the sniper is oretty good but i trust the j&j more. go with it.
