I believe that only applies to colored shells. I think black/clear is OK.

u can have half and halfs, it's like, if u were to do a custom job, those are market colors so i dun know, caus eit u think about it, ur lid is a different color so right there that would break the rules

That's the recent Chicago event in the NPPL.

I don't believe there is any problem with half and half hoppers. The intent of the rule was just to have a solid color scheme, so no splash jobs to hit hits.

yea cause if u think, if u can have a clear hopperm, and u can see a hit on it, and u ahve a black shell and u can see a hit on it, and u get hit on both, can see the hit
